Introduction
The Portal is an online platform where suppliers can load/manage the products they supply to mutual customers who wish to use the following IndiCater modules:
e-Procurement, Recipe Manager, Detailed Stocktaking, Stock Wastage Recording

You have an agreement with the customer to supply them with your products

Steps:
When accessing the portal for the first time please use the URL we have provided as this will be linked to your existing portal record and used to migrate all the product information.
You will be presented with a page that shows you that we have matched you with the account name as displayed in the supplier name field.
In the unlikely event that a match isn't found or the URL is broken, you may see the screen below asking you to email suppliers@indicater.com, providing the key number and the error message displayed so that we can assist.
If you are happy that the correct name is displayed in the supplier name field then click on the This is Correct button.
To start using the new portal, we'll need you to enter a few details to enable us to migrate your account.
Once you have completed the fields, click on the Next Invite Users button. Here you can add all users that will require access to the portal by adding their First Name, Last Name and Email, then clicking on the green + button to add the next user.
Once all the required users have been added, click on the Start Account Migration button. The next page indicates that the migration was successful. You will receive an email confirming you have successfully registered and asking you to click on the Confirm Now button to get started. Once you've clicked that, a new page will load, click on the Home button. The users will get an email inviting them to join the portal and will need to create their account in the same way.
You can now login using the username and password you have just created. Note, you will need to manage your users' permissions, please refer to the Supplier Portal - User Access guide.
