Step by Step Guide
Click on the Add button on the expenses dashboard.
This will open the page where you can enter the details of your expense.
Complete the fields with the required information. Notice the Format field dropdown has Expense and Mileage. If you need to do an expense for both, two separate claims will be required.
Click on Add Expense.
You will now need to process your claim. Select the expense/expenses using the tick box on the right-hand side (highlighted in green below on the image below), then click on the Process Claims button.
The claim will be listed below, with a PDF being created in the Expenses Claim PDF Reports Library. You can download the expense and email it your Head Office for payment.
