Control whether the user has Read Only, No Access or Write access to the following areas in the portal: Configuration, Users, Customers, Integrations, Products & Catalogues and Orders & Invoices.

Step by Step Guide
From the menu select Users. Here, you can invite a new user or control the access of an existing user.
To invite a new user, click on the Invite User button, complete the fields with the users details, then click on Confirm. The user will need to accept the invite and create an account.
You will need to manage their access.
Click on User's from the menu bar. Click on the Settings button which is the red button at the end of each user's row.
You will see the User's current permission settings. First you will see the Global Permissions which are controlled by using the tick boxes. Below these are the Per-Customer Permissions which can also be controlled by the tick boxes. There are three control options, Read, Write or Delete. You will need to choose the Customer from the dropdown to who these permission apply, then click on one of the 3 options. The background on the option you choose will turn red.
Click on Save Changes. The affected user will need to log out and back in again.
