Introduction
If your outlets are using the Suppliers tool to request new suppliers, this is where you can review and manage those requests.
How do my outlets request a new supplier?
In the outlet, they will need to go to Company, Suppliers. From here they can either request a brand new supplier or they can request that they get access to an existing group supplier that is not currently set up as a favourite for them. Once the outlet has completed the request, the Head Office users that have the Suppliers Request alert will receive an email notifying them of the request.

Step by step guide
On landing on the Requests dashboard you will see three options, New Suppliers, Favourites and Set Up. The New Suppliers area is displayed by default showing any current and previous requests. You can search for either by typing in the supplier name in the search field.
To review a current request click on the suppliers name, the Request View page will load with showing the suppliers details.
Either tick the Accept and Create New Supplier button or the Reject New Supplier button, add any notes, then click on the Respond button.
If you accept the request, the supplier will move and be displayed in the Previous Request area. A new supplier record will be created in the Suppliers area. You will then need to go into that record and add the details to complete the set up. Refer to the Creating A Supplier Record user guide for help doing this.
If you decline the request, the supplier will move and be displayed in the Previous Request area, nothing more is required.
Favourites The group suppliers that the outlet have requested to be a favourite of will be displayed here. You can accept or decline the request as per the new supplier process above.
