You can view and manage a number of different sub-sections within the Authorise dashboard, such as New Staff Members, Staff Record Approvals & Holiday Requests.

Step by Step Guide
On the Authorise dashboard you are presented with the following three areas:
New Staff Member
Staff Record Approvals
Holiday Requests.
As a Head Office user you will get email notifications notifying you that a new staff member has been added to an outlet or a holiday request has been raised. You can accept or decline these requests from this area.
New Staff Members
The new staff members are listed in this area.
You can check the details that have been added to the staff record by clicking on the View Staff Record link on the line on the staff member. You will be taken to that record where you can add/review any information, click on Save Changes if you make any changes.
Once you are ready to proceed, click on their name, the page below will load, where you can either Authorise or Reject the staff member by clicking on the appropriate button and adding any comments. Then click on the Submit Decision.
If you select Auhorise the staff member will show in the Approvals area. If Rejected the staff record will be deleted an no longer show in the Employment area in the Outlet.
Holiday Requests
Holiday requests are requested from within the outlet and sit on this dashboard until authorised or rejected. Click on the staff members name, the page below will be displayed, showing the amount of holiday to date. Click on either the Authorise or Reject circle, then click on the Respond button. If authorised, the holiday entitlement will be updated for that staff member. Please note Outlet users with the Authorise permission can also manage this from within their outlet.
