Introduction
The Credit Sales page enable you to manually record a Credit Sale, this is any income from external clients. This action will enable you to raise an invoice for the external client.
Step-by-Step Guide
The page will default to Today, but you can change the year, week and day. Use the drop-down options to change the year and week and click on the day of the week or the Today button on the right to switch between days in the selected week. All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory fields.
Click on the +Add button. This screen will be similar to that of Cash Sales. Simply complete as requested. See How to add cash and swipe card sales
As per Cash Sales, you can summarise the sale by Category for reporting purposes by adding multiple categories.
If you need to credit a credit sale, simply create a new credit sales transaction and enter a negative amount. we recommend adding the reference of the invoice you are crediting in the Notes field.
Once your sale has been saved, it will appear on the main home screen.
