Introduction
The Employment module should be used to record your employee’s personal and contractual details. Once you have created a staff record for each employee you can record their daily shift hours on the rota in advance. At the end of each day you can make any required changes depending on the actual hours worked or record any absences.

Step by Step Guide
This is where you create a staff record for each of your employees.
Start by clicking on Add, then add their name and telephone number, then their employment details, then Save. You will see the employee listed on the Staff Records landing page.
Once saved, you will be able to click on that employee’s name to be taken into their record to add more information. See the options listed below:
Personal - add as much personal detail as possible. The Date of Birth, Address and Postcode fields are mandatory
Employment - Add their employment contract type, contracted hours, pay rates etc. This information is pulled through to the Staff Rota area.
Training - Training modules and programmes can be added here. The training programmes area is populated when an employee is invited to attend a training programme by head office.
Notes - add any notes relating to that person
Transfers - You can transfer that member of staff to another outlet
History - Any amendments made to the staff record are recorded here
Profile - the staff members Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn profile names can be added here
