Introduction
This guide explains the process of how to build a Recipe.
Assumptions
Catalogues have been uploaded. Categories have been set up, Favourites have been set up and Combo dish recipes have been created.
Where to find this
Head Office > Recipe Manager
or
From within an outlet (if activated) go to StORM, Recipe Manager
Step-by-Step guide
Navigate to the Dishes option under Recipe Manager, select +Add.
Enter the Dish credentials in the fields (those marked with a red asterix are mandatory)
Build the recipe - use Combo, Favourites and Supplier to filter items or free type the item name in the Find Product field. The items will be listed, click on the required item, you will see it displayed below. Repeat this until you have all the required items.
Now add the required recipe quantities and units. Click on Add Dish to save it.
You can add up to 4 images to your dish - click on the image you would like to update.
Select the required image for your files on your local device.
Build PDF's for providing as kitchen spec sheets or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
